Promo mix: Deuce - Colours (dec 2003) >> DOWNLOAD DJ Deuce is artistic name of Dušan Tomšič, born in 1979 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. He is currently finishing his sociology and Chinese language studies. He is also into modelling but is most passionate about music, DJ-ing and organizing parties. It all began with djembe lessons he took in 1995. His main passion always was underground electronic music and in 1999 he bought a pair of turntables and started practicing in his bedroom. He got his first notable gig in Pekarna Maribor in June 2001. His style has changed with time; from early techno and progressive to his distinctive dirty style of house today. For Deuce this means combining other sub-genres of house such as tech and progressive house, bootleg, electro house...His set is loaded with remixes of old and new hits, which are often vocal and very eclectic (from old rock to pop, hip-hop and r'n'b). His favourite producers and artists: Slacker, Scumfrog, Timo Maas, Murk, Fluke, Chemical Brothers, Basement Jaxx, Cassius, Danny Howells, Yello, Orbital, Soulwax, Outcast, Mirwais, William Orbit.
