 23.1.2005 : Calvin Minera promo!! Borut Bernik is one of the pioneers in the Slovene electronic music scene and lately very creative under his TORUL guise. His recent electroclash project Torul/W was very well received in Germany, where his 'Start like this' and 'Waterproof Theme' were released as 12" on Low Spirit and on numerous compilations - "Mayday" among the others. VIVA TV also charted "Waterproof Theme" in its Alternative top 20 section for several weeks.
Borut's other electronic project, CALVIN MINERA, a parallel workout throughout the recent years, made a first (and well received) appearance in Gala Hala in November 2004. This live act, accompanied by vivid visuals, is a melodic melange of abstract hip-hop, IDM, downtempo and ambient with clips from the other EM genres.
